Service Fees and Listings
Property Listing Fees
If you have paid for a premium property listing or featured placement:
- Refund Window: Full refund available within 48 hours of payment if listing has not been published
- Partial Refund: 50% refund available within 7 days if listing performance does not meet guaranteed metrics
- No Refund: After 7 days or if listing has received inquiries/views as promised
Premium Membership
For users who have subscribed to our premium membership:
- Trial Period: Full refund available within 14 days of initial subscription
- Annual Plans: Pro-rated refund available if canceling within first 30 days
- Monthly Plans: No refund for current month, but you can cancel for future months
Important: All refund requests must be submitted
through our official channels. Processing time is typically 5-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Completed transactions between buyers and sellers
- Professional photography or virtual tour services after delivery
- Background verification fees
- Legal documentation services after documents are prepared
- Third-party services arranged through our platform
- Custom listing promotions after campaign launch
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Log in to your account and navigate to "My Profile" → "Billing"
- Step 2: Click on "Request Refund" for the eligible transaction
- Step 3: Provide reason for refund request and supporting documentation
- Step 4: Submit the form and await review (typically 2-3 business days)

Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- PayPal refunds: 2-5 business days

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please note that the
time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback
with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks may result in:
- Suspension of your account pending investigation
- Additional fees to cover chargeback processing costs
- Permanent ban from the platform if chargeback is deemed fraudulent
